For fresh graduates, the offer may be lucrative, but not enough in the long run, I can see employees being exploited and underpaid. If you don’t sell yourself much, then you get the cheaper rate, these IT Companies doesn’t offer you the salary you should be receiving instead they ask you on what you think is the right price for your skills, if it is below the salary margin of the position, they are generous to give you a 2k or 5k raise from the amount you provide, surely by this time, and you as stupid as what they think you are, will then thought it is a good deal and instantly grab the opportunity.
Sadly, exploitation starts when they come to the part of asking for what’s your worth and ends at your resignation letter.
